They are here and you can come and get them. Some of you still owe some money. You cannot get your gear until you pay the balance. Please contact me to come and pick them up. I can do it after 8:00pm tonight or tomorrow or saturday after the ride. I do not have the sheet of the sizes you ordered so please help me figure out what you got. I have three extra sets of arm warmers if anyone is interested. They are $20 for a pair. We would like to have everyone that ordered a kit wear it on Saturday for a team picture.

So due to popular demand there will be two groups on Saturday. They will both leave from the school at 7:00am. The first group will be going to the Alpine loop and coming down the American fork side. The other group will be doing a flat course and they will be heading out to Lincoln beach and back. If you plan on doing the loop be ready for a fast ride and HARD riding. Bring enough food and plan on being out until 11:00 am. We will stop at Sundance, Aspen Grove and the top before screaming down the AF side and returning via the back roads of AF and Cedar Hills. Bring a camera because the scenery will be spectacular.
If the slower group wants to do the loop as well they are welcome to.

we will plan on doing west mountain on Saturday. the ride will start at the school and then after you get back to Spanish fork the group can decide where to go. I will only make the first part of the ride because of a commitment with the Stake emergency preparedness fair. Plan on being out for about 4 hours. Here is the link to the ride.

The ride Saturday was good… not great. I was schooled in English and two of our riders took a spill while swatting at mosquitoes at Lincoln Beach. They are both doing well but their bikes are a little banged up. We loaned Lucy a rear wheel while she waits for her new one and we do not have an update on Marks steed. The other four continued on and while it was windy we all felt pretty good for the 63 miles. Thanks everyone for showing up.
We all chatted about doing the alpine loop tomorrow for Memorial day but I think we all need a little break from the punishment. We will be leaving from the school at 7:00am tomorrow morning and doing the south fork. Here is the link to mapmyride. It is about 31 miles and not to terrible to climb. We hope lots of people can make it. We kept it short so that we can all get home early and spend some time with our families. See you tomorrow!

Here is a picture after we all finished Bear Lake. We all had different times and despite our training we all came off the back at some point. Luckily no one crashed and we all had a good time even though some of us are a little burned. We all have some work to do before September!
